Freemotion Shipping & returns

Shipping Information for USA and Canada:

  • Free Shipping: All Domestic orders benefit from Free Standard Shipping, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories.
  • Warehouses: Products are shipped from our U.S. or Canadian warehouses based on availability and proximity to the delivery location.
  • Carriers and Tracking: We primarily use UPS or FedEx Ground services for shipping and provide a tracking number for each dispatched order. Please note that air shipping is not an option for lithium-powered items.
  • Shipping Schedule: Orders that are in stock usually depart from our Warehouse within 24-48 hours following the clearance of payment, from Monday through Friday. Orders made from Friday to Sunday are dispatched the subsequent week.

Return Policy:

  • Duration: Customers have a 14-day window to return eligible products.
  • Eligibility for Return: Products that arrive defective, incorrect, or have encountered considerable shipment delays qualify for returns.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is applied in cases where:
    • The customer changes their mind.
    • The order is canceled by the customer post-dispatch.
    • The customer denies receiving the delivery.
    • However, if the fault is on FreeMotion’s end, no restocking fee will be imposed.
  • Return Procedure: Before initiating any returns, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and state the reason for the return.
  • Refund Processing: Once we have inspected the returned product, we process refunds within 3 days.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they change their mind, cancel post-dispatch, or decline a delivery.
    • If the return is due to a fault from FreeMotion, we will bear the return shipping costs.
    • For a successful return, items should be in new condition, undamaged, and sent back with all original materials and the initial invoice.
