At FreeMotion, we’re committed to delivering not just quality products, but also assurance and peace of mind with every purchase. Here’s a comprehensive breakdown of our warranty policy, followed by our product registration process.
1. FreeMotion Warranty Policy:
Committed to Excellence
At FreeMotion, we wholeheartedly back the quality and performance of our electric scooters, unicycles (EUCs), eMopeds, and accessories. We provide our original purchasers with a robust Limited Warranty that spans between 12-24 months, depending on the product and its manufacturer.
- Control boards, motors, batteries, displays, and controllers are protected under our warranty.
- The warranty for electric unicycles, eMopeds, and accessories varies:
- Inmotion: 12 months
- Kingsong: 12 months
- Leaperkim: 18 months (Battery limited to 1 year)
- Begode: 12 months
- Electric scooters generally come with a 12-month warranty.
- eMopeds have a 24-month warranty.
- Accessories range from 6 to 12 months.
- You must register your product with us within 30 days of purchase and retain your proof of purchase and original packaging.
- This warranty isn’t automatically transferable. The primary customer should contact us for transfer requests. Buyers of used products originally from our shop can also get in touch for warranty status or transfer inquiries.
- The warranty doesn’t cover damages or defects caused by abuse, weather, accidents, neglect, non-certified chargers, third-party repairs, wear and tear, water damage, etc.
- Recall or Early Product Updates:
- If there’s a recall or early product update within 60 days of your purchase, we’ll replace parts free of charge. Contact us with your proof of purchase and serial number.
- Warranty Limitations: This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of the invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
