FreeMotion Terms of Service


For Canada & USA Customers:

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna. Financing is available through Klarna (US) and Paybright (Canada).
  • Pricing: Prices are in USD for US customers and CAD for Canadians.
  • Shipping Timelines: If your item is in stock, it ships within 1-3 business days after payment clearance. Backorders might take an additional 2-10 business days.
  • FreeMotion’s Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping within Canada and the contiguous 48 US states. However, we don’t ship internationally at the moment.


  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all domestic orders, with exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories.
  • Typical shipment occurs within 24-48 hours of payment clearance from Monday-Friday. Orders from Friday-Sunday ship the following week.
  • We ship to credit card-verified addresses only and will not modify delivery addresses post-payment.
  • Estimated delivery is 4-5 days, barring holidays.
  • We utilize FedEx or UPS for deliveries within the continental US and Canada.


  • Cancellation: Cancel if your item hasn’t shipped. Refusing a delivery after shipment results in charges for return shipping.
  • Tracking: We provide tracking numbers upon shipment. Notifications, inclusive of tracking details, are emailed.
  • Shipping Issues: If there’s a delay, loss, or non-delivery, contact us immediately for assistance.


  • Prices and specifications are subject to changes. The products become buyers’ property upon delivery. Any issues, including damages or discrepancies, must be reported to FreeMotion within 36 hours. Purchasing from our site indicates agreement to our terms.
  • Items Damaged in Transit: Report damages within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so might result in your claim being denied.


  • We provide a 14-day free return for defective or incorrect items, and delayed shipments.
  • Restocking fees apply for certain returns. A 10% restocking fee is charged for change of mind or shipment refusal.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Refunds are processed within 3 days post inspection.
  • Shipping costs for returns lie with the customer.


  • We extend a 12-month Limited Warranty. Plus, 12 months of free technical support.
  • A 6-month warranty covers our certified used items.
  • The warranty doesn’t cover water damage, physical damage, or customer modifications.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions:

  • The warranty is exclusive to original purchasers. Conditions causing issues not stemming from manufacturing defects are not covered.
  • Replacement Extended Warranty: Replacement products have standard warranty coverage. In special cases, we might extend the warranty for replacements by 30 days.
  • Liabilities: Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We aren’t responsible for indirect damages or liabilities.


  • We offer repairs, but products must be registered on our website for warranty.
  • Repair requests are made via our form.
  • We have two repair centers in the US and Canada. Self-repair options with parts and instructions are also available.
  • Shipping to our repair center for repairs is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We provide 7-day customer service across various platforms.


  • If you’ve ordered and it hasn’t shipped, and you wish to cancel, forward your confirmation to Refunds post-return processing take 48 hours. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


  • Warranty exclusions might vary based on state laws. The products might differ slightly from the images.
